These orders will include a complimentary pre-paid UPS Ground return label in the box when the order is delivered. Comments: First time around loading up the reel with mono, it did not load evenly. Had to remove one spool washer and tried it again. A little better but still not even. Did it a 3rd time after removing the final washer and it was almost perfect but not quite. Took it out to the lake and several times the line tangled up casting (no the spool wasn't over filled). If I could I'd send it back for another reel.
