Deadly in cold water conditions, the Andy’s Custom Bass Lures Marabou Pro Series Jig is a go-to bait for the pros when the bite is tough. Comments: I've fished a lot of fluff for smallmouth up here in MN... these jigs aren't very impressive to me. My biggest turnoff about them is the hooks are terrible, you'll have to spend some time sharpening every single one of them! Maybe they had an issue getting the right hooks due to all the supply challenges recently but I would be more than happy to pay a dollar more to have a killer hook in these. They do a great job of adding enough fluff and length to it but the hook is a hard deal breaker for me.

Comments: Lots of flys on the market. This one works. It is a high maintenance technique. Make sure you get a weight retriever as it will hang up easy. Glad to see these at TW!
