Overview
Built with an aerodynamic design that allows for superior castability, the Bagley Brite Casting Spoons feature a genuine forged construction that creates a tapered edge to afford the perfect variable flutter. Ideal for covering large swaths of open water and targeting suspended fish in all areas of the water column, each spoon comes equipped with a sticky sharp custom black nickel treble hook so anglers can convert more short strikes into hook-ups. Crafted with genuine gold or silver plating to provide high flash and great durability, anglers can rely on superior corrosion resistance even in saltwater environments.
Bagley Brite Casting Spoons provide additional elements of attraction, as the hammered finish scatters light erratically to naturally imitate a fleeing baitfish, and the red attractor kicker tail offers a clear bite target for aggressive predators. Engraved with the Bagley logo and made with premium components, the Bagley Brite Casting Spoons are arguably the best quality spoons available for the price and are proudly forged in the USA!

Comments: I love chasing reservoir stripers from my kayak. So, when I saw that these 3/4 oz hammered castings spoons were on close out, for less than $4, I ordered more than a dozen. As soon as I pulled one out of the box and held it in my hand, I knew that it was light and did not weigh 3/4 of an ounce. To confirm my suspicions, I placed about half of them on my wife's small cooking scale and the weight fluttered back and forth between .5 oz and .6 oz several times before finally settling on .6 oz and that was with the spoon still in the original packaging. Outside of the packaging, the weight fluttered back and forth between .4 and .5 oz. Unfortunately, I sent them back as I was looking for a 3/4 oz casting spoon that I could bomb into a school from a distance. Fortunately, Tackle Warehouse made the return as painless as possible. They look like they'd catch fish but I can't speak to this lures performance as I never tied one on. Hey, if you're looking for a *HALF OUNCE* casting spoon, for less than $4; you might want to give the listed 3/4 oz ones a try. Tight lines!
