Designed for surf fishing for halibut, white sea bass, calico, rockfish, striped bass, and more, the Battlestar 5" Rib Bait implements subtle changes into a timeless paddle tail design to give you an edge in saltwater environments. Built with a slimmed-down body to save a little hook gap for fish lips, the Rib-Through-Groove design allows anglers to bury the hook point under one or two of the ribs inside the hook pocket for a completely snagless presentation.
Perfect for pairing with the Battlestar XLS Weighted Swimbait Hook, the Battlestar Rib Bait is molded with a bulge where the hook penetrates the body to increase durability and prevent the tail from getting chewed off as easily. Available in a variety of custom color patterns, the Battlestar 5” Rib Bait is poured with plastic that is soft enough to allow for maximum action and hook penetration while being firm enough to endure multiple fish catches.
