Overview
Whether you’re filling up spinning or casting reels, the Berkley Portable Line Spooler Max is an updated version of the original Portable Line Spooler to make applying line quicker, easier, and more effective. Designed with a quick-change reel system, the Berkley Portable Line Spooler Max allows anglers to quickly swap out different styles of reels to improve efficiency. Its spinning chuck accessory also helps eliminate line twists when spooling spinning reels, which is a common problem with most spoolers.
To ensure proper line spooling pressure, the Berkley Portable Line Spooler Max is fitted with improved tension cones that support various spool sizes and provide increased line tension for super tight line spooling. Complete with suction cup feet to maintain steady control, the Berkley Portable Line Spooler Max offers a convenient way to stay spooled up and ready to fish.
Features:
-Compact design
-Spinning chuck accessory
-Suction cup feet
-Quick release reel system
-Improved gearing to support power drill
-Tension cones

Comments: JUNK, JUNK, JUNK. This is the worst piece of fishing gear that I have ever bought. The tension screws are terrible. Just cheaply made. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Comments: Very disappointed! If you have one of the older Berkley spooling stations you will be extremely disappointed with the new one. As others have said, it's a cheaply made, plasticky, flimsy, and overall terrible product. From the plastic screws to tension to the spool, to the fold up arms that are flimsy, and finally, the spring loaded sleeve to secure the reel that doesn't hold it tight all scream cost costing with quality being a distant second priority. Berkley should be ashamed of this product.

Comments: I wish I had read the other reviews. What a rickety piece of junk. Great idea. Very poor execution of it.

Comments: I wish I hadn't purchased this item. It's cheaply made and has too many pieces which will get lost. My main complaint is that the tightening screws for putting tension on the line spool are plastic and won't hold the spool tight. Probably going to just trash this one.

Comments: Good idea, too bad it's so cheaply made!

Comments: The only remaining aspect of this item (which I bought twice because the first one broke immediately when used) is for spooling bait casters. I would not recommend this as it is not built to last and especially the spinning reel spool attachment.

Comments: Total disappointment. Cheaply built. Buy another product. This is the first price of equipment I bought from Tackle Warehouse that I regret.

Comments: The plastic tension knobs are junk. Fortunately, I had the tension knobs from a old spooling station and they work great... Fix this, and it will be a good product!

Comments: This a apart of my tackle. I still have the the fist one they made. One bad spoiling station. Handy little cutter on it too. Easy to use, and it's money in the bask.
