Confidence BaitBoth Matt Stefan and Tyler Berger promote the hell out of this bait. I finally tried it and I'm a believer. This has now taken a spot as one of my 4 confidence baits. I've been flippin this with a 1/8 to 3/8 pegged weight between grass pads. I'm using a 3/0 Gammy Finesse Heavy Cover hook.
Lost 2 and landed 5 in 1.5 hours today...been pretty typical. I've tried California, Junebug, and Bama in 4". All catch equally in Texas stained water. Buy at least 2 bags. These usually tear after a strong bite or catch. Bites have generally been pretty violent. I love it! Don't pass these up...not your typical bug bait, IMO.

Comments: One of my go to baits for punching and flipping! Wish Berkley would add a magic craw (green pumpkin/blue swirl) color and bring back the hot tamale color.

Comments: 3" and 4" are one of my go-to t rig craw baits. I haven't used a color that doesn't work. I also like the 3" on a shaky head. The shape allows the whole t rig to come through weeds and lay downs equally well. If use an Owner screw hook I can usually get 3-4 fish per bait. Excellent bait all around.

Comments: Great Bait but I wish Berkley would add more color choices.

Comments: I fish this bait Texas rigged with a 3/4 weight and 80lb braid. I pitch them into milfoil and start swimming it right after it hits bottom. That's when I get most of my bites which really just feel like the bait stopped moving for no reason. Green pumpkin is hands down my go to and I suspect the bass mistake it for a bluegill and when they get close to it the vibrations produced by the appendages just seal the deal. I go through A LOT of these when the weeds hit their peak in late summer.

Comments: Good bait, I use it as a swim jig trailer, the flap on the jig is a natural look and gets bit. Texas rigged it goes thru heavy cover clean. Stay away from any color with flake (looks like a Xmas tree with lights).

Comments: You don't know how good this bait is until you get some. I used to love walking in to Bass pro and paying 2.99 for all the old Havoc baits, especially this one. Times have changed but this bait is still the same. Caught some of my biggest bass ever on this bait not only flipping but throwing on a deep water ledge or brush pile. The bass definitely have seen it before but they still keep biting it!

Comments: What can I say the other guys havent said? Its a great bait and its becoming my favorite flipping and pitching bait.
From: Scott: Lacon, IL 9/19/21
Comments: Great bait in both the 3" and 4" sizes. The California color has a whole bottle of red flake in it though, nothing like a normal 420.

Comments: To all european peoples this bait is is the host's best bait on Tokyo Rig or texas rig took my biggest perch on the love bait so if you want to take your dream perch then this should be in your fishing box.

Comments:Arguably the best creature/craw/flipping bait on the planet. It gets bit in any situation you throw it. I typically have this tied on with 40# braid to a #15 flouro leader, 4/0 VMC ewg and 3/8 tungsten weight, with a bobber stop. Flipping it into grass, under docks, boat slips, submerged trees and you will lock horns with a monster eventually. As a jig trailer, I pair it up with a dirty jigs Luke Clausen 3/8. Black and blue flake is the deal!

Comments:Probably the best pitchin/flippin creature bait around. Not overly aggressive but definitely a lot of action. Makes a good jig trailer too but best as a straight creature bait.
From:Tyler: Grand Junction, CO 7/10/20
Comments:These things are killer multipurpose baits. You can use them for texas rigging, jig trailers, even chatterbait trailers, and they work for multiple species. Pike will tear them up a bit, but they love them as a trailer!

Comments: Great all around lure, you can flip, and punch with it, and even use it on a texas rig.The only thing is the havoc ones were much better with action and seemed to be more durable too.
From:Sam: Oneida 3/24/20
Comments: Great bait for flipping pitching.I'll even use it as a jig trailer once in a while.Has a great action in the water. The havoc ones worked great but the powerbait smell is just a bonus.

Comments:My number one go to bait. Hands down the best flipping / punching bait I had ever put on my hook. Now that they have went to the "powerbait" I will never buy another pack. The smell is horrendous and it will not come out of your boat locker. It makes me sick to my stomach. Looks like I'll be finding another beaver type bait.

Comments:This bait is great for punching grass.I caught over 30 fish in the last two months and one over 10lbs on the CA. Delta. Skeets Hot Craw is the color.
From:Leo: Sacramento, CA 9/11/19
Comments:Been using these baits for punching grass and they work awesome. I just caught my biggest bass ever and it was 10-2 on the Delta.
From:Leo: Sacramento, CA 8/20/19
Comments:Just like the original pit boss these baits are killer and with the now added Powerbait scent it's just a added bonus. Yes there now a dollar more but In my personal opinion being a long time fan of the Powerbait soft plasticsit's worth the extra. These can be fished in about any situation weightless across the top,Texas rigged, drop shot, mojo rig, carolina rigged, punch rig, jika rig and as a jig trailer and those are just what I've used them for. You definitely will not go wrong with the pit boss!
