Comments: I swore away from fluorocarbon lines for several reasons of frustration. Found this line on sale and tried it one more time and was very pleased. Super tough but does have a fair amount of memory, but I've figured out a hack to help with that. After spooling and after every third trip or so I tie the line off the fence post and walk out about 1.5 times the distance of the average casting distance then put a fair amount of tension on the line with my rod and hold it for about a minute. As I reel the line back on, keeping tension on the rod, I spray the spool with line conditioner every 30 feet or so, after doing this the line will lay out perfectly flat for about 3 trips. Works for me!

Comments: In a nutshell, I'd say this is good line for the price. I've been using the 12lb as a leader only. This stuff is super thick! It's substantially thicker than Sunline 14lb mono. It's also pretty stiff and has very little stretch compared to other flouros I've tried. Berkley loves to flat out lie about their pound ratings, and I'm guessing my 12lb line is much closer to 15lb or even more. It's really strong and knot strength and abrasion resistance seem very good. I've had zero break-offs. My past two flouro leaders were much thinner but cost 4 times as much. Those were Seagur blue label and Trilene pro (I think). I plan on buying more because it does work as intended and the price is hard to beat for quality. Oh, the 110 yards spool is a mini spool and easy to carry. The 200yd spool is full size.

Comments: I've actually quite enjoyed this line. Had a lot of memory at first but laid down nice after a day or two of fishing. Next time I spooled up I used some line conditioner and it laid down great. I'd recommend it if you find it on sale. But I think Seagur Basix is better than this stuff and is the new go to ultra budget fluoro.

Comments: I like trilene xl mono but this is the worst line I've ever used. It has so much memory it's unreal so many line tangles you can't even cast. Compared to daiwa samurai fluorocarbon and it was great and offered in 4lb I got this in 5 trying to save money and it was a mistake
