Overview
There’s almost not a more fun way to catch big bass than with a buzzbait. The Black’s Custom Lures Toad Toater Buzzbait was specifically designed to be one of the loudest buzzbaits on the market to attract trophy-caliber bass and provoke rod-jarring strikes. The key is the innovative frame design, which allows the blade to contact a brass bearing during every rotation and create an ultra loud clacking noise that bass can’t stand. The blade and the hook were also purposely constructed with a large gap between the two that ensures a better hook-up ratio because the blade will not interfere with the fish biting the hook.
Incredibly efficient as well, the Black’s Custom Lures Toad Toater Buzzbait features a planning head design that gets it up to the surface quickly to maximize time in the strike zone. Ready to fish right out of the package, simply add your favorite soft plastic toad or swimbait to the screw-lock keeper system and start casting.

Comments: Cool design, but poorly executed. Toads stay on well, has a good sound, gets on plane quickly and skips easily. The problem? The wire is soft and it's hard to keep this clacking buzzbait clacking. After catching a fish or skipping, it won't clack anymore because the blade will be BEHIND the brass clacker and you'll have to make tons of adjustments trying to get it back to normal. If it wasn't for getting out of tune and being a pain to get it back right, this thing would be perfect.

Comments: Jamey's buzzbait has been a little known secret in Arkansas for many years. This thing out performs the scuzz buzz 5-to-1 (locals know what I am talking about). But the popularity and fish catching ability finally met up with the tournaments with plenty of publicity, and then here we are today. Take it from me- buy at least 3 of these things. You won't want just one of them!!!

Comments: Was out on lake Hamilton today and absolutely smashed em on this buzz bait. Hands down the best buzz bait I have thrown by far. It's very loud and runs straight as an arrow, the big bass can't let it pass without choking it!
