The Bob's Machine Shop Quick-Slip for the Lowrance Ghost Trolling Motor is an aftermarket trolling motor modification that allows anglers to raise or lower their Lowrance Ghost trolling motor quicker and easier than ever before. Constructed from high-quality stainless steel, the Bob's Machine Shop Quick-Slip holds your trolling motor shaft securely in place and releases pressure once the knob is engaged. Hand-adjustable with the flip of a lever, you can bring your trolling motor to the desired height, tighten, and get right back to fishing.
So install the Bob's Machine Shop Quick-Slip, just remove the existing manufacturer knob, washer, and spacer (make sure to take note as to the orientation of the washer and the spacer when removing them). Insert the Bob's Machine Shop Quick-Slip into the trolling motor housing and replace the retaining washer and spacer back into their original position. Thread the Bob's Machine Shop Quick-Slip shaft in or out as needed to adjust the cam locking tension.
