Overview
The Bruiser Baits Rad Shad easily twitches side-to-side like a wounded baitfish with even the slightest rod movement. Its belly hook slot makes rigging a dream, and it also means your hook has less plastic to push through for lightning fast hooksets. Available in several proven color patterns, Bruiser Baits recommends Texas-rigging the Rad Shad weightless with any size EWG hook that gives you the confidence to land your fish.

Comments: I started using Bruiser rad shads spring of 2017, at that time I was a dedicated Zoom fluke guy, I saw the rad shads on TW. What caught my attention was the jointed segment of this bait, something that you dont see in the fluke. I purchased one pack of the baby bass, I wanted to test the bait before buying more. The first thing right out of the package that impressed me was the color, it was outstanding, the next thing was its texture and the suppleness of the bait, so you can imagine my anxiousness to get out on the water and give it a go. I T-rigged it weightless with a 5/0 EWG, the action was incredible, the jointed segment imparts the perfect random movements of baitfish while they are feeding or fleeing. That first day using this bait was phenomenal, both large and smallmouth crushed it, it was one of those days you never forget. Since that first time using this bait i've rigged it numerous ways, Texas (weighted and without), nose hooked, and Texas but instead of running the hook through the back of the bait I run the hook out the side...an irresistible action that drives bass into attack mode when finicky. Lastly, these baits are very durable, i've caught nearly a dozen bass on just one, when they get torn'up I use mend it and i'm back in business. I cant say enough about these baits, they are truly special. The only thing Bruiser could do to make them better is offer more colors. Take a chance on these baits, and like me, you won't regret it.

Comments: Bought a pack, I was getting tired of Flukes and so were the fish. I am buying more. They cast better than Flukes and get bit for sure.

Comments: This bait puts the Zoom Super Fluke to shame. Hands down the best fluke I have used and got me a solid 3 pounder at my local fishing spot on the first time out. The nose is more durable, the colors are more unique, and the joint makes the tail shimmy and the whole bait dart like no other. I also believe that the texture is softer and more appealing to the fish while in their mouths. I got the baby bass and houdini patterns. Both are considerably different looking while in hand vs the pictures on here, but it is because you can see the details. I love how the colors are layered, not many other companies match this detail. Honestly a perfect fluke and it's only three dollars a pack. I doubt I'll ever use anything else.

Comments: this bait is hinged in the middle, the tail swings freely back and forth. it's hard to tell in the pics unless you see it from above. it's the best jerkbait i've ever used, nothing like it!
