Overview
Expanding upon a design created by BASS Elite series angler Gerald Swindle, the Buckeye Lures G-Man Ballin’ Out 2 Jig is the fully skirted version of Swindle’s go-to jig that helped him claim the angler of the year title during the 2016 season. Featuring a versatile rounded ball head to eliminate the need to re-tie for every situation, Swindle attributed his success to using this multi-purpose jig, as it was easily adaptable for use in all types of cover including brush, stick-ups, and dense weed growth.
After receiving countless inquiries to produce this jig with a heavier skirt, Buckeye is excited to bring the Ballin’ Out 2 Jig to market with a banded full skirt for times when the fish are keyed on a bulkier profile with more robust action. Built around a stout and razor-sharp Gamakatsu hook to provide serious hook-setting power, the Buckeye Lures G-Man Ballin Out 2 Jig also has a perfectly trimmed fiber weed guard to help it get through heavy cover without inhibiting hook sets.

Comments: As long as you stay away from heavy, heavy wood, I think pretty much everyone will love this jig. This thing constantly gets bites, even on the highest-pressured days. Absolute tournament staple. Around seawalls and docks is where I really find this thing shine. The skirt sucks on the Gen 1, this version built not only a fuller-skirt but a better one. I recommend.
