Designed with a compact and streamlined minnow profile, the Burtek Tackle Primus Minnow is an ideal baitfish imitation for several applications from shallow to deep. Crafted from Burtek's own L.P.T. Living Plastic to produce superior action, the deep body portion tapers down to a thin, flat tail that reacts to even subtle angler inputs.
An excellent choice for strolling with forward-facing sonar when rigged on a 1/16–1/2 oz ballhead, the Primus Minnow tightly rolls with soft twitches of the rod, while faster and stronger twitches result in a more pronounced rolling motion and erratic left-to-right hunting action. Also excellent for drop shotting or fishing on the back of a vibrating jig, the Burtek Tackle Primus Minnow is primed for big-bass action.
