Designed in collaboration with professional angler Randy Blaukat, the Cumberland Pro Lures Randy Blaukat Throwback Jig features a unique head style molded with a horizontal line tie to provide excellent stability while traversing over heavy cover. Compact yet heavily armed with a 4/0 short shank Mustad hook, the Throwback Jig delivers razor-sharp hook penetration with plenty of strength for jaw-jacking giants.
Displaying hand-tied skirts made using a blend of standard and fine-cut rubber skirting material, the Throwback Jig boasts an old-school flare that will provide more action even when at rest on the bottom. Japanese Pro who loves this Jig!!!!I have been fishing professionally for 3 year here in Tokyo, and The Cumberland Pro Jig has really taken my confidence to next level.
My fellow angler who have had opportunity to see in person have been very impressed with live rubber Skirt and action it create in the water.
I have discovered that it really only good for 1 or 2 day fishing, as it fall apart after hook many fish. I okay with that, because jig Cheap in price.
I buy more!
Best Casting Jig on Tackle WarehouseAwesome jig for the cost. Hand tied living rubber is hard to find. A tungsten head would double the cost of jig.
Awesome JigI love this jig, the living rubber skirt comes alive in the water and the hand tied skirt is a must. I really like the 4/0 short shank hook with the horizontal line tie it comes through rock and wood super easy and the durability of the paint is second to none along with the attention to detail this jig is always going to have a place in my box!
Best Smallie JigOne of the best jigs ive used for river smallies...the living rubber has the best action in the current and holds up extremely well!
Great jigLike every thing about it, hook, shank, gap, head, skirt etc. well thought out. Good price and the paint doesn't chip. Banged it off a rock and steel dock pole. Don't know where those comments are coming from.
Why Lead??While it’s an okay Jig, the paint came off within an afternoon of flipping. Love Rubber skirt is the selling point, and while I can always use nail polish to touch up the head, the thing that really blows my mind, is that for $1 OR $2 more, he could have used TUNGSTEN instead of Lead on this Jig.
Kind of contradictory to his environmental views, but hey, he’s entitled do what he has to do to make a buck. If you’re into contributing to the further demise of lakes across this country, buy as many as you can..
fell apart!I thought I would like it because it reminded me of a original Stanley kind of jig. But the skirt came apart in 5 minutes! I have a old Stanley that held up better and its 20 years old!
LACKLUSTER Quality and WAY WAY OVERPRICEDLook, the Live Rubber skirt is decent, and what appealed to me to begin with.
That said, the Jig is horrendous for skipping, and the paint quality reminds me of the 1st time my 4 yr old picked up a paintbrush.
Way overpriced for what you actually get.

Pro Model JigAs good as any jig I’ve thrown, great hook size and quality as I prefer the 3/8 size up north . Skirt and head quality top notch as all Cumberland products. Price point spot on for this quality. finish and skirt stood up all day. Great Jig!
Unbelievably strong jigI’ve tried to get this paint to chip with no luck. First used a sledgehammer, didn’t work. Then tried a grinder, didn’t work. As a last ditch effort tried a table saw, didn’t work. The paint on this is the strongest paint on earth which is probably what makes it stand out on livescope so well.
Pro model / RB jigGood hook, has the Rt gap to hook the fish’s upper lip. The head is bulky , not easy to skip under docks . More suited for rock and wood structure. 1-10 I would say 7.
Great living rubber jigThis is imo an improvement over Randy’s old school jig. Much better components at a better price. Very nice hand tied living rubber skirt with great flare and consistency. The weed guard is greatly improved over the previous version and is closer to the hook and at the perfect angle. The short shank mustad hook is great for a pitching/flipping jig which this is, and it’s very sharp without being too much of a gaff and will make a nice hook for use with fluorocarbon line. Well done Randy.
Worse jig ever madeThe paint comes off this jig as soon go into cover. They definitely need to go back to the drawing board when it comes to building a quality jig.
Nothing specialPaint chipped and skirt came apart after one trip

good but bad paintbought 2 of these to try since they are rubber and they seem like really good jigs except the paint chips off way too easy.
Super JigThis is a great design with the short shank hook. To make living rubber flare, you have to hand tie it. That’s labor intensive. It shines in wood. Brown purple would be a great addition.
Top Notch JigBest jig out there - attention to detail. Love the skirts, line tie, durabilitiy, and fishability. Comes through cover well, doesn't get hung up. Highly recommend trying these, you won't look back.
Best made jig on the marketJust got the new ones in, caught hundreds of bass on old school jigs!! Glad to see them back. Hope to see some of the other colors come as well. You can’t tear this jig up with the wire tie.
Quality issuesSeems like a jig but the paint comes off way to easy.... My Z-man Cross eyed jigs last a lot longer.

Paint chippedThe first time I used the jig all the paint chipped off the head. I was skipping under a boat and dock ,
with rocks on the bottom of the lake. I cast mabey 10 times and all the paint was gone.
