The perfect upgrade for many boat trailers, the DD26 Fishing Access XL Step w/ Mean Clean Kick Brush provides an easy way to reach into compartments or board your boat while keeping the gunnels and deck protected. Constructed from rigid 6061 powder-coated billet aluminum, the rugged step features a nonslip surface with an adjacent extra-stiff-bristled brush to remove filth and rocks from your shoes before setting foot on the deck.
Engineered for versatility and easy installation, the unit mounts to trailer rails from 3–5 inches tall and boasts three different adjustable lengths to suit your needs. Made in the USA, the DD26 Fishing Access XL Step w/ Mean Clean Kick Brush is available in several color schemes to complement your rig.
Notes From the Manufacturer:
-The key measurement you need to obtain before purchasing will be from the outside of your trailer frame to the outside of your fender/wheels. The idea is making sure our step does NOT extend past the outermost part of your fender.
-This STEPXL model length has three adjustment points. The shortest length is 13", middle length lets you adjust to 14", and the longer adjustment point allows a length of 15.25". So, it's critical that you measure to see if this will work for your trailer.
-Always understand your environment and use anti-seize lubricants where needed. Best results when using hand tools and not going fast which may cause the stainless hardware to seize.
