Overview
Measuring five inches in length and weighing in at a full ounce, the Deps Calling Hustler Spy Bait is not your typical light line finesse type of spy bait. It features a large streamlined baitfish profile, which gives it a greater presence in the water and helps it attract the attention of bigger fish in the area. The Deps Calling Hustler Spy Bait is also fitted with two oversized counter-rotating blades that produce a tremendous amount of under water turbulence, as well as, a very alluring side-to-side rocking action that aggravates finicky bass into biting.
For added strike appeal, the Deps Calling Hustler Spy Bait is fitted with an internal spring weighting system that generates a very faint knocking sound and subtle vibrations that are similar to a live baitfish. It is also equipped with a wire guard that protects the three razor sharp treble hooks from snagging on structure, and the wire guard can also be fitted with a blade for extra flash or a small weight to reach deeper water more effectively. Available in a range of custom air-brushed colors, the Deps Calling Hustler Spy Bait is one of the biggest spy baits to ever hit the market.

Comments: This bait hustles!!!!!! Add a blade to the front. Catches giants. Small mouth love it. Pike and lake trout slam it also. Good action.

Comments: This super spybait is still around today because it secretly catches monster Largemouth Bass. Intimidating at fist glance compared to typical spybaits, but when fished deep with braid, and a fluorocarbon leader spiced in, hold on for some excitement! Think of this as a large forage bait such as a gizzard shad, golden shiner, blueback herring, or tilapia. Ledges, river channels, and suspended schools of fish over deep water are the best choice, but dead sticking this lure on surfacing fish will get your arm broke! Deps Calling Hustler Spybait is number one in its' class and has no competition. Tight lines!

Comments: The Deps Calling Hustler Spy Bait has a unique action that is different than just the average spybait. Most if not all spybaits shimmy on the fall, quiver the retrieve, and give off flash from the prop blades. All well and fine, but this bait has a wire arm that can be fitted with a ball bearing swivel tipped with a spinner blade, or even a knuckle ball type attractant. These combinations create a hybrid that is a spybait (Lucky Craft) blade cross bait, and gives a more pronounced rocking movement that is unheard of to say the least ! Weighing in at a full ounce, my casting reel throws this lure a country mile. No bad review here, innovative product.
