Featuring a claw-like curved body that allows the tail to oscillate during the retrieve, the Deps Evoke Vib Lipless Crankbait delivers continuous erratic movement of the entire lure, rather than simple rolling action. Built with an ultra-low center of gravity, the main weight is positioned on the exterior of the body to create a highly responsive lure that quickly grips the water, maintains a horizontal swimming posture, and extends your casting distance.
On the fall, the low center of gravity posture prevents the line from tangling in the hooks, and even when deflecting off structure, it immediately resumes its original trajectory for straight and aggressive retrieves. Armed with two razor-sharp Ryugi Pierce #5 treble hooks, the standard setting is #5 for both front and rear hooks to keep the bait balanced, but when using heavy tackle, it is recommended to change the front hook to a #4 and the rear hook to a #6. Capturing the Evoke lineage of high response and vibration, the Deps Evoke Vib Lipless includes two internal tungsten balls that produce a rattling sound and vibration that effectively attracts fish over a wide area.
