Built in Japan with meticulous attention to detail, the Deps Sidewinder Great Performer Casting Rods feature only the finest materials and provide an unmatched level of performance. Starting with the blanks, the Deps Sidewinder Great Performer Casting Rods utilize a combination of 30-ton and 40-ton graphite materials to provide an optimal balance between power, weight, and sensitivity, but yet remain incredibly durable. The carbon connector joint system between the reel seats and the blanks are also built with extremely tight tolerances to enhance rigidity and dramatically improve vibration transmission better than any other rods with removable butt sections.
To further compliment the series, the Deps Sidewinder Great Performer Casting Rods are outfitted with Fuji double foot titanium guide frames that are double wrapped to increase rigidity for better sensitivity. The SiC inserts also decrease weight for superior balance and promote phenomenal casting distance. Finished with Fuji TCS reel seats that are extremely comfortable and provide a rock solid mounting foundation for your reel, the Deps Sidewinder Great Performer Casting Rods deliver JDM quality and performance that is simply a cut above the rest.
