Designed by Bassmaster Classic and Forrest Wood Cup Champion, Luke Clausen, the Dirty Jigs Luke Clausen Finesse Jig delivers big-time performance in a small package. It’s built around a super sharp, compact Gamakatsu 4/0 hook with a 60-degree flat line tie that provides a small profile with plenty of hook setting power.
The Luke Clausen Finesse Jig features a unique, all-terrain head shape that makes getting the jig in and out of cover easy, and it also comes equipped with a recessed line-tie that will help protect your knot against abrasions. Customized with Dirty Jig’s 3-tone airbrushed paint jobs, and super tough epoxy clear coat, it also features detailed skirts to match virtually any craw or baitfish. When you need a smaller profile jig to get into a variety of cover, the Dirty Jigs Luke Clausen Finesse Jig is a great option to tie on.

Comments: First off, Dirty Jigs are the only jigs to fish. They are hands down the best jigs on the market. The finesse jig (7/16oz alabama craw), compact pitching jig (1/2oz alabama craw), and finesse football jig (1/2oz alabama craw) are my favorites. Sometimes the orange in the skirt is a little too much, but you can just pull the strands out. Alabama craw is hands down the best color in 99% of situations. Run either a Gary Y double tail grub or Reaction Inn smallie beaver for a trailer. Catches big smallies, largies, spots, and everything in between! Definitely give these guys a try.

Comments: So I've been fishing this thing for a while now and not only is this jig my favorite finesse jig, it's my favorite jig and one of my favorite lures. 5/16 oz is my favorite weight from the bank. Okeechobee 420 works in practically any water clarity, but you can adjust if you are fishing very dirty water or very clear water. I rarely get skunked on this jig and that's saying something considering I fish very pressured northeastern fisheries. What makes this jig so great is not only it's versatile size, but its hook. The hook is a good combination of stout and brittle so you can fish this jig around structure and in open water. I've found that 10-15 lb flouro works the best. Some trailers I like are a Strike King Rage Craw (first two segments trimmed off), a Zoom Super Chunk Jr. (threaded on the hook), a Reaction Innovations Smallie Beaver, and a Reins Ax Craw. Good luck! I hope you will enjoy this lure as much as I do.

Comments: Great jig for clearwater lakes with lots of rock, doesn't do great in cover ( isn't a surprise for a football jig) shines in the fall and very early spring for finicky smallmouth.

Comments: I ordered 3 of these in 5/16 oz.( perfect weight from bank). The one in Kentucky craw color has been producing so much I havenât even had to use the other colors I ordered. Paired it with a rage chunk in falcon lake craw and it has been putting in work up here in maine! Great quality, super sharp and great color selection.

Comments: i have yet to find a better jig. I've caught big smallies and largemouth on this thing and they just choke it. paint never chips either. 10/10

Comments: Buy one of these jigs in brown craw, pair it with a strike king rage chunk in green pumpkin and sling it around in any water where you know smallmouth will be lurking, it WILL catch you fish. One of/ if not the best jigs ever made by any company. Buy 2 or 6 at a time, they're that good

Comments: This perhaps the best jig ever made. The zoom Ultra vibe craw sets this jig up just perfect!
From: Edde: Clarksville 7/11/20
Comments: The Super Matt Brown in 5/16 paired with a oxblood Smallie Beaver has caught me over 50 fish one day and has worked in both clear and stained water
From: Nolan: Ca 4/26/20
Comments: This is my favorite finesse jig. I use Super Matt Brown in dirtier water and Go To clearer water, both in 7/16 oz. I have caught lots of fish on these jigs and the hook still hasn't bent. The hook kepper doesn't keep your trailer up that well, but it's not a big deal.

Comments: This jig goes through the cover of my lakes very well. My problem is the hook keeper. Its practically just a little knub and does nothing, would like to see a change with that.

Comments: Not a thing wrong with these finesse jigs. Great skirt color selection. hook and paint jobs. However, when my 5/16 oz jigs will be put in continuous rocky snags; I'll use the Santone Finesse Jigs since you get two for the same price as a single Dirty Jig and they too are USA made. Their Gami hook is a size smaller and the skirts aren't as quality so it's a definite trade off.

Comments: This jig is phenomenal. I prefer VMC hooks, but this gami hook is impeciably sticky and strong so no complaints. The bait keeper is great too, not too big for slim baits (netbait paca slim is absolute best match) where it rips it. Stands up great with plastics on too and skirt flairs nicely. The line eylet is in the perfect position and is recessed into the jighead. Less to get caught on, more sleek. Overall A+

Comments: This is the best finesse jig on the market hands down. I catch everything from dinks to a 6 pound large mouth on it. I also love it has the best hook to and the best skirt color. Pairs great with a net bait paca slim.
