Comments: Complete trash.... looks good, feels good but broke the rod 1st day out on a hook set. Believe the reviews these rods are trash. I bought a few of these so I'll reply when they break to. Now the Silverado is a good rod but pass on the Green hot garbage rod.

Comments: I've had two of these rods (mh and h) and both snapped in one outing. The heavy snapped on a hookset, and the medium heavy snapped on a cast. Was very disappointed.

Comments: Love the Duckett brand and I have had so much success using the Silverado, Triad and micro pro rods. However, this rod was a complete letdown. After catching 5 fish the first morning of using this rod, it snapped in two on the 6th hookset. I have contacted Duckett 3 times now trying to talk with somebody about a warranty claim with zero response. Not saying anything about the brand because I love the rods but I can say their customer service has not been what I thought it would be. I will try one more time to file a claim but after that I am done. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on the Silverado!

Comments: As a recreational angler with budget concerns I have tried the Green Ghost Rods. [7' and 7'3" Baitcasting.] I have purchased a few and all but one has broken on the hook set. The most recent one on a 2 lb bass. I can not endorse anyone to buy these rods.

Comments: Best squarebill rod you will ever buy, I bought the Lew's David Fritts perfect crankbait rod and was definitely a big plug rod, but the 7 ft m duckett green ghost is perfect for 1.5s and Rapala DT 6s, great bend, only one problem is its hook keeper its weird compared to a loop for the hook hangerFrom: Unknown 10/20/20Comments: SS guides are far from "groove proof" as the tip and second guide closest to the reel seat are already chewed up after just one year from purchase and with infrequent use.Only thing the 7/3 H has been used for is a frog with 65# Power Pro.Now I have to replace the rod and a whole spool of braid.I love Duckett rods but his SS guides (ones on the old Ghost series included) are horrible.

Comments:Well I'm a big fan of duckett rods. But I'm am not a fan of the green ghost series rods. I bought 2 a medium heavy and a heavy fast action rod. The first to fail me was the medium heavy on a Texas rig I went to set the hook and it snapped. Then just yesterday my heavy fast action rod I used for my frog rod snapped on a hook set. They both cost losing 2 big bass. I highly recommend do NOT buy these rods. The green ghost series rods are poorly made. Poor quality. From: Lance S: Arizona 3/26/20
Comments:7'3" Hvy, Green Ghost. 6 months into ownership of the rod it broke on a hookset carolina rigging. Not pleased, loved the rod [except the hook hanger] but this rod has not seen much use. So Durabilty is not what it should be In my opinion. If the rod weighed a little more but would stand up to use that would be ok to me.From: Ed: Eastman 3/22/20
Comments:I have the green ghost in 7,3 medium heavy. It is an okay rod but to me it is not no where as good as the ghost. I have 2 ghost rods (6,8 medium heavy,7,6 extra heavy) and they are extremely sensitive and light but with the green ghost it isn't very sensitive I recommend this rod if your using reaction baits nothing else. From: Brody F: Merryville, LA 3/17/20
Comments:A great feeling rod [7'3" heavy] well balanced suited for Jig and heavy worm fishing. Can't speak to durability yet. I wish the hook holder was at the bottom below the handle and the kind that let's you slide the hook on instead of poking it into a hole. [Pulling your hook in and out of a plastic worm tears it up after a few times.]From: Ed: 9/24/19
Comments:I have purchased several of these recently I liked the grip and colors have 6'9" med 7ft med hvy 7'3" heavy and 3 of 7ft cranking models. The cranking models have done well with rattle baits and top water baits. The other models have done well with senko baits and swim jigs. Some paired with Duckett 360 reels in either white or black white crank rods paired with some cheap casting reels while I wait for more Duckett 360 to be available again. From:Ben: IL 6/11/19
