Great box design, want them all now.Not sure how long these hardbait boxes have been around, maybe I'm late to the party. Man what a brilliant design. No more clumps of lures all hooked together! My tackle storage OCD approves! Gimme all the sizes.
OK, now the one nit I have to pick, and it's more-or-less personal, although I hope some will find this info useful. I was hoping this box (the 86 size) would hold all my UL plugs. My number one bait is a #8 Rapala X-Rap. Well, turns out the #8 X-Rap is BARELY a MM to long to fit. Everybody else fits great. Took a dremel to the box and notched out little spots in the black plastic for the tail eye to land in. It's still a bit beefy and the lid bulges a bit, but I won.
Still gets 5 stars, but if it was just a MM or 2 bigger, like a size 87 or 88, I'd be trying to give it 6.
Great Box for on the goThe Size 120 fits 12 Vision 110’s very well. Latches are sturdy and the baits fit nice and snug so you won’t have any hook rash. The only negative is that it was all scratched up before I even got it.
