Eagle Claw Worm HooksI have been using Eagle Claw Worm Hooks and Trokar for many years now. I have seen no difference in the regular Eagle Claw hooks and the more expensive Trokar hooks (by Eagle Claw). Both are great hooks, but if given the choice I will save my money and buy the regular Eagle Claw hooks every time and you should too!!!
Fish Get HookedI been using Eagle Claw Hooks for 40 plus years. No reason to ever switch. They just hit being in business in 2025 for 100 years. So to me they know what they are doing for sure. My entire terminal tackle is all Eagler claw hooks and will continue.
A great, inexpensive hook.These hooks are actually very sharp for their price point. They hold up well and if you are looking to spend less on worm hooks, I would recommend.

Good Alternative To EWGI've been satisfied with the performance of these hooks and the price is certainly right. I know that there are sharper and more "technical" hooks available, but these do what I need them to do. I use these mainly for lightweight Carolina rigs and weightless fishing using either stick worms or trick worms and even the occasional fluke. For my style of fishing in shallow, often grassy, rarely rocky waters these hooks have a better hookup and retention ratio than EWG hooks and are more weedless. I use EWG hooks for many baits (craws, creatures, tubes) but they just aren't needed for skinny worms.
