Built to deliver hard-hunting action in a shad body profile that tapers down to a thin tail, the Evergreen DD X-Over Crankbait expands upon BASS Elite Series angler Morizo Shimizu’s original design to access the deeper ranges of the water column. Ideal for a variety of retrieve methods, this unique big-bodied crankbait uses floating action to recover out of snags or obstacles on a straight retrieve or impart twitches like a jerkbait as it rises slowly to the surface.
Equipped with three razor-sharp Japanese treble hooks, the DD X-Over crankbait has a concave V-shaped belly that allows the hooks to rest cleanly along the bottom of the bait, so they are always in the ideal position for hooking. Available in a variety of natural color schemes with realistic scaling, the Evergreen DD X-Over Crankbait uses a hybrid long-shaped bill and innovative fixed/transfer weighting system that enables long-distance casting.
