Internally, the Evergreen Faith Jerkbait features a tungsten weight transfer system, which generates a stable flight and an elongated casting distance when combined with the precisely shaped body. Comments: I received one of these jerkbaits in the smaller size as a gift and used it a couple days ago for the first time. It does float a bit, but it also catches fish. My first cast I got one, and within an hour I had caught five more. Even in deep cold water, spotted bass were coming up to the surface for this jerkbait. A huge plus is that there is maybe one small scratch on it after catching six fish, as compared to other jerkbaits I have that seem to get a scratch after each and every fish catch on them. The paint is fully intact with this lure. It actually worked so well for me, that I went out and got another one in the bigger size. The action is great, despite it floating more than I'd like. Overall, well worth the money.

Comments: First I would like to say the quality of this lure is awesome! I personally got the smash Shad 87 for river smallie... BUT IT FLOATS BIG TIME I have tried heavier hooks and split rings and nothing seems to help. Still a floating Jerkbait.

Comments: Great jerkbait. Very good action and excellent color selection. I would like to see a 100 or 110 size. Sometimes the 115 is a bit larger than I'd like and the 87 is small. The 87 will catch everything that swims; smallmouth, largemouth, crappie, bluegill, perch, everything!!
