Comments: The absolute worst baitcaster I've ever purchased. Screams with every cast since the first cast. Absolutely the worst customer service, been trying for months and they still haven't responded. It was my first and definitely my last Favorite product. My 90 dollar lews Walmart combo is 100 times better than this reel.

Comments: I purchased this reel and it has been a very bad experience.The reel makes a shrieking noise when you cast.I received a replacement and it was the same.I called the company and I have to pay return freight and send $5 for them to replace their faulty reel.No more than 10 casts between original and replacement yet I have to pay to replace.BAD WARRANTY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Comments:This reel is hot gargage, the tension knob constantly loosens itself and the reel is very loud. The side plate is a huge pain to take off as well. If i were you id steer clear of this reel.

Comments:I purchased two of these , and I can honestly say I am surprised how well this reel performed. The reel sounds like it is really dry sounding but other than that is operates like a Abu Garcia RevoX in my opinion. Good buy for sure.
