Free return shipping is available for all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. These orders will include a complimentary pre-paid UPS Ground return label in the box when the order is delivered. If you use the pre-paid return label provided, please allow 7-10 business days for the return package to arrive back at Tackle Warehouse.
Orders shipped to international, APO/FPO, Alaskan or Hawaiian addresses or U.S. territories are not eligible for the free return shipping offer. Drop Ship and Oversized Items are not eligible for the free return shipping offer.

Comments: The absolute worst baitcaster I've ever purchased. Screams with every cast since the first cast. Absolutely the worst customer service, been trying for months and they still haven't responded. It was my first and definitely my last Favorite product. My 90 dollar lews Walmart combo is 100 times better than this reel.

Comments: I purchased this reel and it has been a very bad experience.The reel makes a shrieking noise when you cast.I received a replacement and it was the same.I called the company and I have to pay return freight and send $5 for them to replace their faulty reel.No more than 10 casts between original and replacement yet I have to pay to replace.BAD WARRANTY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.From: Robert Correa: Houston, TX 10/15/20Comments:This reel is hot gargage, the tension knob constantly loosens itself and the reel is very loud. Comments:I purchased two of these , and I can honestly say I am surprised how well this reel performed. The reel sounds like it is really dry sounding but other than that is operates like a Abu Garcia RevoX in my opinion. Good buy for sure.
