Free return shipping is available for all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. These orders will include a complimentary pre-paid UPS Ground return label in the box when the order is delivered. If you use the pre-paid return label provided, please allow 7-10 business days for the return package to arrive back at Tackle Warehouse.
Orders shipped to international, APO/FPO, Alaskan or Hawaiian addresses or U.S. territories are not eligible for the free return shipping offer. Drop Ship and Oversized Items are not eligible for the free return shipping offer.

Comments: Bought this reel as a replacement for one of my phlugers that broke, it works just fine however I have a few key issues with it. Firstly it is not smooth at all and loud, at first it bothered me but I have gotten used to it now. Another problem I had with it was that one day the carbon reel handle just broke in two. The carbon in the joint halfway down the handle degraded and just broke. I am actively looking for a replacement and I think there are much better reels for the same or a little higher price.

Comments: For the price of this reel it is absolutely amazing. Have it matched with the white bird spinning rod and couldn't ask for a better combination. Have had it for over a year now and still works as if I just took it out the box. Drag is simply amazing and super light weight. I used this thing at least 2 to 3 times a week in the summer ripping up some large mouth. Even caught my PB 8.2 with it.
