The result of relentless prototyping involving fine-tuning down to the half millimeter, the Fish Magnet ZXY 4.5" is precisely sized and crafted for optimal action to fool the most educated bass. Focusing on the X, Y, and Z dimensions, Japanese pro angler and lure designer Takuma Hata designed the Fish Magnet ZXY with a unique square cross section that catches and displaces water to produce distinct gliding, quivering, or rocking movements depending on rigging style. The streamlined Fish Magnet ZXY features a lightly ribbed body tapering down to a thin forked tail accented with deeper ribs to help produce plenty of tail kick that fires up finicky bass.
Composed of heavy SAF plastic enhanced with salt, amino, and taste, the Fish Magnet ZXY is highly castable and perfect for weighted or unweighted applications, including fishing on wacky rigs, offset-shank worm hooks, and ball jigheads for strolling. Additionally, a small marker is molded into the upper center of each bait to serve as a reference point for rigging.
