Comments: So it's a decent rod but not a mod fast, more you standard MH fast rod, I also have the Thrift 6'9 slipping rod and actually find myself using that rod more for spinnerbaits and swim jigs then the "swim jig rod" just my opinion but if you think your getting a MHMF your not.

Comments: Bryan actually gave me the one I'm currently using and its my favorite rod thus far! Its so light, its handled the Fluro so well. I can't recommend this Rod enough.

Comments: Has been an excellent rod for it's intended purpose. Great for swim jigs and chatterbaits alike. Loads up beautifully on the cast and hookset. If I miss a fish, it's on me.. Not the rod

Comments: This Rod will make you a better swim jig fisherman, Period! The key is the tip portion of the rod allows the swim jig or chatter bait to be pulled free from the grass with a little more subtler action than rods with a stiffer tip.
