Overview
The Flatlands Custom Tackle Shimmer Spin employs a variety of innovative features that will increase the action and visual appearance of any swimbait. The Shimmer Spin incorporates the top bladed section of a spinnerbait along with a free swinging screw lock swimbait hook to provide extra flash and a free flowing action to any swimbait of your choice. This unique design helps keep your swimbait balanced and eliminates the possibility of it rolling onto its side, while also allowing it to deflect and come over cover much better than a rigid traditional-style spinnerbait.
Constructed from .035 stainless steel wire for enhanced durability, it also features a stout, razor-sharp hook for hauling big bass out of thick cover. Available in a range of sizes for targeting different depth zones, the Flatlands Custom Tackle Shimmer Spin is a great way to change up your presentation and separate yourself from the rest of the pack.

Comments: ok so these things are amazing but i do suggest cutting the little wire that connects the hook to the blades and getting a small split ring and a owner beast hook to replace the hook but either way these are awesome

Comments: Little disappointed in the placement on where the weight was on the hook plus the way the hook is shaped i can even use my bait that i had set up for it...took the hardware off and put it on an owner beast hook...now im good to go

Comments: I use this in 1/4oz with a Keitech 3.8 swing impact fat. The only spinnerbait I use now. It's a little more weedless but a lot more durable. I get better hook-ups throwing this vs traditional spinners and the fish don't come off.

Comments: I love these things! I morphed, this year, into not just fishing a spinnerbait without a trailer. I found these and bought a couple. Rigged it up with a 5" Jenko Booty Shaker. About my third fish, or so, I got nailed by a 6 pounder burning it over grass in 7 feet of water. It is the hardest strike I have ever had. Bought a few more to take to El Salto this winter. Cannot wait!

Comments: This thing is awesome! Always runs true. Looks amazing with a soft jerkbait style soft plastic like the castaic jerky j or anything similar, or with a boot tail swimbait. Great sharp stout hook. Looks amazing in the water. Highly recommend.

Comments: I recently picked up a couple of these, sort of randomly. These things are flat out awesome - I've fished them heavily now, on two separate lakes, and they were getting crushed while traditional spinner baits weren't drawing strikes. Obviously the bite is always subjective, but I am sold. So many different ways that you can fish them. I fish a ton of submerged timber, so something like this that is totally weedless is super clutch. Give one a shot, you'll be happy.

Comments: Have been using this for over a year on the ledges on the Tennessee River . Get ready for vicious strikes from large mouth and smallmouth. Best rig I've ever used on swim baits.
