Overview
An innovative approach to an explosive technique, the G-Ratt Baits Con Frog Hollow Body Frog features a revolutionary hardnose design for enhanced performance. The Con Frog is tipped with G-Ratt’s unique nose which is composed of a dense material to better navigate the thickest and heaviest of cover without fouling or failing on the retrieve. Additionally, its body is directly connected to the hardnose system to help prevent the frog from sliding up the line or turning inside out when a vegetation-dwelling bass erupts on your amphibian impersonating lure.
To improve anglers’ frogging experience on the water, the G-Ratt Baits Con Frog Hollow Body Frog comes equipped with premium components and powerful hardware. The Con Frog hops out of the packaging armed with a heavy-duty double frog hook that slips through bass mouths with ease and holds steadfast throughout the ensuing fight. A pair of silicone strand legs trail from the back of the frog to disturb water as well as slow the frog down when working it near key sections of structure. Completed with a powerful hook harness and line tie system for infallible performance, the G-Ratt Baits Con Frog Hollow Body Frog promises increased durability and epic performance season after season!

Comments: Ok so lets get things straight on this frog. Material is not too hard. It's a medium density plastic. Hook are sharp. Walks ok. Makes an ok impression in mats but not great. Could be heavier. Honestly it is a nice frog almost... Where this frog fails and maybe it was intentional is that the hooks rest on the sides and are a few mm off the body which allows the hooks to snag any crap on the surface of the water. You will quickly become frustrated throwing this frog in anything but open water and yet I am sure this frog was not 'designed' for open water but thats the only place you can use it. Good thing I only bought 1.

Comments: I like this concept for those times of year when lillies grow up above the water or when water levels recede and lillies are too tall to throw a conventional frog.

Comments: I always like to buy tackle that a lot of people around my area don't fish. Everyone fishes frogs but nobody fishes this brand. I ordered a couple and was impressed with the first one I opened but I opened the other one I bought and the hooks were in a totally different place than the first one I opened which leaves me skeptical as to their quality control. Maybe it was just a fluke but I wish you guys could see this.

Comments: I 100% agree!!! WAY too hard of material. What a waste.

Comments: Super hard/stiff material in this one. Some of the colors are pretty nice, and the hard nose is a good idea, but this thing is hard to get a good hookset on.
