Get for pond hopping or fly fishingGreat small case to load a variety of weights, weight types, and various hooks. I keep a bigger box on my boat but this is great to run down to a local pond and have everything you would need for fishing plastics.
NiceThe utility box is constructed good. I like the many compartments. It's nice you can open the box, see the contents easy and if dropped everything stays in place. They fit into a sixth sense large worm bag nicely.
Small size but so many possibilitiesIn my continuing effort to transfer as much weight as possible from the bow to the stern of my Stratos, I gave this 388 Box a try. It's perfect for what I want. It will hold more than enough hooks and Dr Scott's Tungsten weights for a full weekend of fishing. Really well designed. I'll just have to see how it holds up.
Perfect size travelling boxGreat size! Holds all my ned stuff in one spot!
Just big enough for hooks. Tight lids!
Great product!
Good storage boxGreat for pond hoppers.
Perfect for the bank anglerMad at myself for not buying one of these sooner. Absolutely perfect for the bank angler if you don’t carry a lot of terminal tackle. Holds quite a bit more than I expected and fits in a pocket with no problem. My only con is it VMC 4/0 worm hooks are too long for the hook compartments. 5/0 will not fit as well, but not a big deal since I don’t use those sizes often.
My go to boxThis thing is great for bank anglers. This thing is the clown car of terminal tackle boxes. Its like a magic trick how much stuff you can get in there. Awesome!
Good ValueFor the money it's a good deal! To be perfect (IMO) the slots should have adjustable partitions. Very handy and only $10
Good and compactThe box is good everything is easy access and it’s compact.
AwesomeThis thing is awesome. Does what youd expect. Something about fishing tackle tickles the ocd part of my brain i never knew i had and this thing itches it.
Minimalist fishingGreat box! Able to carry weeks of fishing in my pocket.
Nice compact little box!I have it loaded with different size hooks in the big sections and nail weights, finesse hooks, and drop shot weights in the small sections. I’m now all set to grab and go creek, pond, or river fishing.
Solid box for a nice pond hopping/ travel kitI bought this to make it easier to keep track of my terminal gear. I pretty much stick to just Texas rigs so I have various hooks and weights. Held all of it and more so for the price really hard to say no to it.

Comments: Great little box! I have 3 of them. I'm fishing bass mostly from the banks. I carry my tackle in a backpack and to keep the weight down I have selected terminal tackle in these boxes. Hooks of all kinds and sizes , jig heads, bobber stoppers and small weights of many sizes and types and other small tackle as well. Well built and tuff too!

Comments: Great little box for terminal tackle while on the go bank fishing. Only thing disappointed in was the very sticky plastic hanger that was stuck to the inside compartments. Very hard to get the glue off.

Comments: Love these little boxes. Both the 318SD and 388DD are perfect small cases for terminal tackle. As a Kayak angler these boxes are tremendously useful in keeping small items like hooks, swivels and weights on my person as they easily fit into pockets on my PFD. 388DD Pocket Utility Case has 16 fixed compartments, while the 318SD has 8 fixed and one side with adjustable dividers. I will be picking up a couple more just because they are so handy.

Comments: Huge fan of this. I was carrying way too much terminal tackle. I sized down with this case and saved so much weight. I absolutely love this thing.

Comments: this is a great little tackle box for smaller terminal tackle. Lots of convenient compartments. Also built tough and ready for on the go bank fishing!
From: John: Arizona 8/25/22
Comments: Great little box for organizing your smaller tackle, hooks, weights and other small items. The compartment covers are plastic and are their own hinge, we will see how long they last. The box itself is compact and seems to be sturdy. Time will tell.

Comments: Awesome box. I use it for all my jig heads and hooks. The box folds in half and keeps the separate compartments closed. Going to buy another for smaller baits like crappie jigs.

Comments: Nice little box. Holds all my hooks, sinker pegs, and weights for Texas rigging along with dropshot weights, hooks, and swivels. Fits right in my pocket!
From: Ben: Warner Robins, GA 7/11/22
Comments: The case is pretty small but well built. I am using it to put my drop shot weights and hooks in. My only concern is it opening and everything falling out. This could be fixed by adding a snap or something to hold the two sides together.

Comments: Nice box. Easy to keep organized small compact. Definitely recommend Would buy again

Comments: Amazing box for bank fisherman! It holds my bullet weights, ned heads, EWG hooks, bobber stops, etc. It's not too big, so it's perfect for the side compartment on a backpack. Actually it's probably small enough to fit in a back pocket, although might be too thick. Since it folds you get a ton of stuff in it without taking up too much room. If the one I have breaks I'd buy a new one right away! This is a must have item for a bank fisherman

Comments: Perfect box for the texas rig fisherman. It's tiny but holds a ton of hardware. Fits in the palm of my hand. Fits in the small exterior pockets of my backpack. I have all of my hooks from 5 and smaller along with all of my bullets weights. Hooks larger than 5 will not fit.

Comments: This box is well designed and made to last. It's perfect for getting organized on the river!

Comments: I do a lot of shore pounding in the San Diego bays and coastal beach/jetty fishing. This box is perfect for both situations. I've set the bay box up with t-rigging terminal tackle; 3/0 - #2 EWG hooks, 1/8oz - 1oz tungsten worm weights, beads, and a speedy clips encase I want to throw a jerkbait/topwater lure. The coastal box is filled with c-rigging terminal tackle. These new boxes from Gamakatsu are perfect size to slip into a small pack or pocket. I like the all plastic construction. The metal springs on other small boxes I've had rust out in saltwater conditions or just break.

Comments: Perfect size for hair jigs and holding extra tungsten barrels for easy rigging. Perfect for anyone who crappie fishes a lot!
From: Michael: Dubberly LA 2/2/22
Comments: Amazing box for weights and small hooks. If you are looking to put your flipping hooks or even like a 3-4/0 Then this is not the box for you and they won't fit well. You could squeeze maybe one or two in each slot but for me that's not enough. I was expecting it to be slightly larger. Amazing box for other things I mentioned but I wouldn't try and make this your hook box.
From: Mason M: Massachusetts 1/13/22
Comments: Great for my kayak and bank fishing! Just don't pull on the compartments too hard or you'll break one. But it's still pretty good and fits many sizes of hooks and weights. Recommended!
From: Bruce: Michigan 1/2/22
Comments: This thing is amazing!!! I use it to put some small terminal in so I when I want to walk around a lot I don't have to have all the big bags and stuff with me. Great quality.
From: Skyler: Texas 11/24/21
Comments: Awesome terminal tackle or small lure box! I replaced a much bigger box with this. Everything fits and it takes up way less space than before.

Comments: This is a great little box for small terminal tackle. I keep it in my boat with all my clips, spiltrigs, beads, and other small stuff. Going to pick up another one for a my weights in my travel tackle pack.
From: Lincoln: Gainesville, FL 4/7/21
Comments: Loaded this box up with all of my weights and small jig heads as well as 1/4oz shakey heads and swivels. It stays folded and the compartments are pretty secure. It's the perfect size to fit in a jacket pocket. I was able to label the compartments with a silver paint marker.
From: Noah: Massachusetts 2/5/21
Comments: This little box is the shizzle!!! I have all my drop shot weights, hooks ,Texas rig hooks, and weights. Everything up to 3/0 hooks seem to fit well even EWG and flipping, and still have room for more if I need. I was really surprised at how much it can hold at its compact size.
From: Isaac: Colorado 2/3/21
Comments: Great little box, I like to do a lot of wading this time of year, I can bring just enough terminal tackle for an afternoon.
From: Bob: Carlisle 11/19/20
Comments: Great box for terminal tackle.
From: Greg: Trion, GA 11/19/20
Comments: Best terminal tackle box ever!!! Get both models keeps everything safe in individual compartments it is a must have for a boat or shore pounding.
From: Unknown: 10/20/20
Comments: Great looking box, light duty good for terminal tackle. it's very small. Make sure you pay attention to the dimensions.
From: Bill: New Jersey 10/19/20
Comments: This thing is so close to being absolutely perfect. Plenty of room to bring just about all the terminal tackle I need to fish from the bank, kayak or float tube. I only wish that it were just about a 1/4" taller so that you could fit in 5/0 EWG hooks as it stands 4/0 was the limit. Though I suppose you could buy the 318DD and have one longer section but to me it seems like this one with the individual lids would result in less mishaps. It would also be nice to see something this exact same size that could hold maybe 3 spinner baits and 3 jigs or something with one big lid on either side. I have it loaded with hooks for drop shot, weedless wacky, weighted swim bait hooks, swim jig heads, ned heads, 2-3-4/0 ewg hooks, 4/0 offset hooks, 1/8 oz and 3/16 oz weights for texas rig and drop shot and even had 2 of the small spots left! It feels surprisingly sturdy and even locks into place when open. Would definitely recommend!
