Comments: This hook is a high quality piece of terminal tackle prescribed for a sculpin Game Changer fly pattern from Blane Chocklett's book. After a diligent search of the internet, Tackle Warehouse was the only source I was able to find. Service was top notch and shipping was smooth. The resultant flies are great.
