Comments: I bought these hooks to replace those on a small square bill that was being attacked this spring; after losing several fish I replaced the trebles with the hyper shield hooks and and glad to report zero fish lost since. I have always felt that Gamakatsu was a superior hook and again they have delivered.

Comments: As other review noted these are BRITTLE! Sharp as can be, almost annoyingly sharp because they will stick to you, your clothes and pierce braided lines on your other rods. Fish will get buttoned up without effort - that is the good. But I've had three or four break in a few months, mainly on catfish, so plan on swapping them out often. But come tourney time they may make the difference.

Comments: These hooks are amazing. Possibly even the sharpest Gamakatsu hooks I have used. Incredibly strong and so far, the fish stay pinned extremely well. Mostly using size 6 on Rapala X-Rap Prop. Every fish requires pliers and the hooks do not get mangled in the process.

Comments: I purchased the #1 trebles for my rat swimbait and I am impressed with the quality and sharpness of these hooks, so much so that I am replacing all my swimbait hooks with these. I fish about 4 X's a week and have yet to lose or even miss a strike. IMO these are the best trebles on the market

Comments:Good treble hook, but the barb on them are small. Will hook fish easily, but keeping 'em the real issue with such small barbs.
