Overview
There’s nothing more exciting than a topwater buzzbait strike to get the heart pumping. Built for putting giant bass in your livewell, the Googan Squad Hummer Buzzbait provides an enticing action that keeps bass coming back for more and more. Featuring a free-spinning propeller blade, the Googan Squad Hummer Buzzbait creates a loud buzzing action the second it hits the water to call fish in from every direction. Four diamond shaped holes stamped into the blade generate even more topwater disturbance and a large bubble trail as well.
Outfitted with top notch components, the Googan Squad Hummer Buzzbait is armed with an ultra sharp Mustad hook that delivers unsurpassed hook setting performance and a premium hand-tied rubber skirt that won’t fall off or rot like cheap rubber banded skirts. A small rubber band around the lie-tie prevents dreaded line slippage, which could lead to line failures and lost fish as well. Complete with a dual barbed keeper that holds trailers firmly in place, the Googan Squad Hummer Buzzbait is the best way to put a kicker-sized bass in your livewell.

Comments: Awesome buzz bait, I never used buzbaits for almost my whole life. Especially in the pond I lived beside growing up. Several years ago with the popularity of the whopper plopper, I started catching a lot in said pond with one. That's when I reconsidered the buzzbait. I'm glad I did too. Last Fall, After over 30 years fishing in this pond Regularly, I caught my PB bass with this buzzbait in white, 10lbs8oz. Only 4 months after catching a 10lbs1oz bass on a green w/purple flake GY Senko. I bought this buzz bait because it didn't have a klacker. Fish in this pond are spooked by lures that's make loud noise. I tried other buzzbaits and I can't catch fish with any other one than this one.

Comments: It feels very nice. The propeller moves very freely and the wire feels pretty durable. My only issue is that the skirt is trimmed to the hook, which some people like, but I personally don't. I like skirts where I can trim them down to my personal preference.

Comments: Great Buzz Bait! The Googan did it right when designing this as the wire is not excessively long to allow to much play in the blade! Which allows for a better hookup ratio even on fish that are swiping at it. The bait tracks well and has a good spin to the blade with the first turn of the handle. The little green band by the line tie is a good idea but it slides up your line with every fish catch!
