Comments: Purchased one of these the beginning of this season and was super happy with it right off the bat. However in my first outing with it the rod snapped while casting a 3/8oz spinnerbait. Figured it might have been damaged prior or something, customer service was good and got a new one sent no problem. Fast forward a couple months and the second one snapped in 3 places on a hookset. I've been bass fishing for over 20 years using all sorts of different brands of rods and this is the only rod that has broken on me like that and twice in one season too. Loved the rod but now feel like I should try something else instead of paying another shipping fee to get this one replaced.

Comments: I bought the 7'3 medhvy for a backup CRig and I was shocked at how light and sensitive it is for a $99 price. The rod has great balance and the grip is very comfortable and makes fishing with it all day a breeze. I have also used it on medium sized swimbaits. I wish they made it in an extra fast action as well. Great rod for the money! Will be purchasing another one!

Comments: Light, extremely sensitive and fit/finish is very nice. I was looking for a 7'3-7'4MH all purpose chatter bait, rattle bait, spinner and jerk bait rod and these have done everything I've asked. I would purchase it again.

Comments: I found a unicorn! This thing is light and sensitive. I'm impressed and in the process of switching my arsenal. I think this rod is more sensitive as my Dobyns Champion XP. I have the medium heavy!

Comments: best rod for the price I've had. Light and sensitive and plenty of backbone to get the fish out of the cover. Definitly recommend to try it out

Comments: Okay so I am a Shimano guy until I die but I have been searching for that perfect $100 dollar rod. This is it. 7'3" MedHvy. I use it for worming, hair jig and swim jigs ands its just incredible for the price point. Light, sensitive and comfortable. I have a lot of high end rods and this is up there with a few for half the price if not more then half. My .2

Comments: The is most sensitive rod I've bought to date in the $100-$249 range. Unfortunately this rod broke on a hook set about 7" down. I donâ' break rods, but I read about people breaking rods all of the time, well this was my first rod break, and I'm 52! I take great care of my rods and this one just snapped. I'll be trying another one because of the awesome feel and sensitivity of this rod at the $100 price point. It did feel a bit tip heavy before adding my baitcaster, After adding my Lews Tournament Pro, it balanced out perfectly. Love this rod, hoping the break was a fluke.

Comments: My thoughts, these rods seem to be a great choice for the cost. I own the 7' HD3Pro medium action and I use it to throw a variety of baits from swimbaits, to swim jigs, to cranks, and it delivers on all of em!!! I already have too many rods, so I'm really into finding a rod to carry on board that I can use for multiple bait applications, and this Halo seem to do the trick just fine for me!! Hope this review helps someone.

Comments: I'm definitely sold when it comes to the Halo Pro Series Rods! I fish bass-fishing tournaments in central Florida and need the strength, durability and all around toughness of these rods. I won't buy any other rods. 100% the best rod any angler can buy for $99 I guarantee! Mike Walker - Performance Bass Anglers - Central Florida

Comments: I purchased this rod 4 weeks ago. I got a 7'3" med action paired with a quantum vapor PT. The casting distance and accuracy with the pairing are amazing. I first had the quantum vapor paired with a medium heavy rod from another rod manufacturer. The pairing was off and I got the vapor as a lighter weight reel for an amazing price. I wanted to find a mid range price rod to pair it with to improve overall performance of the reel. I was just kind of experimenting. This is my first Halo rod. Needless to say, the pairing is my favorite combo to fish period! My next rod purchase will be a Halo and any rod I replace will be a Halo. For the price, the quality, and performance you can't go wrong. I have caught over 15 bass on the combo including 2 LMB's over 5lbs. It has made time spent on the water more enjoyable.

Comments: Only had this rod out a few times and couldn't be happier ! Perfect mix of backbone and sensitivity. I'll be grabbing others for different techniques.

Comments: Amazing rod for the price. Light weight and sensitive. Have had it for a month or so and have used it just about daily. I mainly bass fish with it, but here in Louisiana you never know what's gonna bite. 7'3" medium has handled many bass and redfish as large as 29" with no problems. Will be getting another. Fantastic rod, it could easily be sold for double the price.

Comments: For the little amount of money you spend you get the performance and feel of those high end rods!!It's an amazing chatter-bait rod!!

Comments: By far one of the best rods I have used for under $100. The looks, quality, and performance of this rod rival rods that cost at least twice this much. The guides on these rods are the perfect size. I am not a fan of the micro-guides, but understand the thought process behind them, and why some prefer them over standard guides. Halo uses a smaller guide size on these rods, but it's not as small as the fragile micro-guides found on other rods. Nice work Halo!
