Overview
Over a year of testing and tuning to get just right, the Imakatsu Aventa Crawler Vazelle Topwater is the smallest and fastest in the Aventa Crawler series. Built to mimic a struggling baitfish on the surface trying to flee from predators, the Imakatsu Aventa Crawler Vazelle Topwater features a highly realistic shad body that is complemented by ultra-thin, high strength folding wings that are mounted to the rear of the bait, which creates a unique wobbling action of the surface during a steady retrieve. The wings also collapse inward during the cast for a more aerodynamic profile so anglers can make long, accurate casts at schooling fish or pinpoint targets.
Once a fish strikes, the Imakatsu Aventa Crawler Vazelle Topwater is outfitted with two razor sharp fluorine coated Japanese treble hooks that provide unmatched hook penetration and holding power to increase your landing ratios. Covered in custom air brushed paint jobs and finished with lifelike 3D eyes and gill plates to fool smart lure-shy bass, the Imakatsu Aventa Crawler Vazelle Topwater is an innovative topwater that most fish have never seen before.

Comments: *Update* These baits can be thrown on a 6 - 8 pound test line with no leader or anything tricky. Use a light reel and a rod with a little backbone. Be easy setting the hook with 6 & 8-pound test mono. Using a light line is the key. So if a big one takes it, hold on and pray. I gotta say, personally I'm afraid of losing these things. The bass will hit these no doubt, but a large fish will give you trouble. Buy extras. These are rare lures in America.

Comments: Fishing with these require a little work. Casts best on spinning gear..use 15 - 30 pound braid or mono with a 6 - 8 pound test leader. I use 12 pound test mono with a 8 pound test leader. I use a Aquatek O Invisa Swivel to join my leader with my main line. TW sells the swivels I use the 55 pound swivel.
