Overview
Previously only available in the Japanese Domestic Market, the Imakatsu Flat Head Curly Creature Bait was made to fool the highly pressured bass in Japan and give them a different presentation to help anglers catch more fish than the competition. Molded with deep reverse ribs on the upper and lower surfaces of the body, the Imakatsu Flat Head Curly Creature Bait moves a generous amount of water to generate complex and strong vibrations that stimulate the lateral lines of fish and trigger bone-crushing strikes. A large single curly tail set perpendicular to the body and twelve small side legs also create a unique sense of stability and an attention grabbing swimming action to persuade wary predators to strike.
Full of salt and extremely heavy for its size, the Imakatsu Flat Head Curly Creature Bait allows for long accurate casts even when rigged weightless and is perfect for a multitude of applications. Rig it Texas style and flip it. Crawl it on the bottom weedless with a belly weighted swimbait hook. Put it on your favorite spinnerbait or buzzbait for a bulkier protein-packed presentation. There is really no wrong way to fish the Imakatsu Flat Head Curly Creature Bait. Offered in multiple sizes and colors, the Imakatsu Flat Head Curly Creature Bait will be your new secret weapon that the fish have never seen before.

Comments: Great action on the fall when fished on a free rig, these are a great small bluegill profile that I think perfectly matches the late of the year bluegill that bass will gorge on before winter. The only downsides are they are fairly fragile, small bass will tear the tail clean off, and they are not cheap at over $3.50 per bait. The Geecrack Bellows is a cheaper option ( per bait) in the smaller sizes if you don't need a swimming tail or even better is the Big Bite baits Warmouth.
