Originally designed by renowned swimbait craftsman Jerry Rago of Rago baits, the Jerry Rago Thunderhawk Poppa Walka pops, spits, and walks across the surface of the water to accurately mimic a distressed or dying baitfish. Featuring a durable hard-plastic body and soft plastic replaceable fork tail, a small chamber containing two tungsten beads is carefully positioned within the body to improve your casting distance and emit a low-pitched acoustic with every twitch of the rod tip.
Built to be the most versatile walk-the-dog lure on the market, the Poppa Walka also demonstrates a unique serpentine-style swim and tight-gliding waking action when cranked underwater. Complete with a spare replacement tail and available in a wide range of forage-matching color patterns, the Jerry Rago Thunderhawk Poppa Walka is equipped with two sticky-sharp size #4 treble hooks to improve your hook-up ratios around short-striking fish.
