Overview
A deluxe rendition of the original Jolt Spinnerbait, the Jewel Baits Jolt X Spinnerbait is a hard-thumping search bait perfect for stained waters or hunting bigguns’ after dark. Featuring a large, painted Colorado blade affixed to a premium ball bearing swivel, this tantalizing presentation will be able to call in predators through dark or murky waters with a boisterous vibration. Adding to the premium blade is the popular Keitech Swing Impact FAT Swimbait for a realistic profile, high-quality wire, and a sticky sharp hook for reliable performance even after tangling with your lake’s giants.
Like all of Jewel’s Gem heads, the Jewel Baits Jolt X Spinnerbait is engineered and created using their proprietary “Resin Tech” over molded injection process, which provides a super durable and perfectly balanced head design that swims and tracks true at any speed. Designed and balanced to allow the bait to fall horizontal in the water and fish through heavy cover, the Jewel Baits Jolt X Spinnerbait is a versatile tool no angler should be without!

Comments: Just opened my new package up to tie on and the paint on the plastic head cover completely came off and left me with no head color and no eyes. Poor design.

Comments: Fished this bait quite a bit, I've seen some of the reviews saying they haven't fished it because they think it's junk. This couldn't be further from the truth. The hook is a mustad ultra point, and is short on purpose so that the swimbait can have the proper action. If the hook is too long it kills the action and makes the swimbait hard to rig straight. The arm is also short on purpose, most single spins are this way. This combines the hard thump of single spin with the thump of a keitech and is deadly at night or in muddy water. A tip for those who plan on having these in the box for a while, don't leave your keitech on there. If you leave the bait on there the resin overmolding will eventually be affected by the plastisol and it will break down over time. It takes months for this to happen, but it will happen.

Comments: Don't usually write reviews, but thought I'd try to save someone a few bucks. To be fair, I haven't fished with it, but I'm not gonna waste the time, or risk the disappointment. first there is the resin gobbed head. Then you have the dime store hook that is a good 2 sizes too small for the bait. Then couple that with the short arm and big blade that will almost certainly prevent any bass from accidentally being impaled on said cheap hook. Plus side; I bet it is very weedless

Comments: Kind of a cool bait. Got the red one. Gonna try it out at night this Summer. Good big blade, Good sharp hook. It will be a durable lure overall. Maybe grab yourself an extra pack of keitechs though.
