Delivering unmatched quality and performance that has made Keitech a staple among many avid and professional anglers, the Keitech Tungsten Casting Jig Model 1 Version 2 is an updated model of the original Version 1 that takes it to a whole new level. First off, the Keitech Tungsten Casting Jig Model 1 Version 2 is made from pure 97% tungsten, which gives anglers a much smaller profile than lead and superior sensitivity to feel the most subtle details. It is also molded with a perfectly balanced teardrop head shape that allows it to penetrate through cover without rolling and maintain a natural posture. To ensure a natural lifelike action, the Keitech Tungsten Casting Jig Model 1 Version 2 is equipped with a hand-tied skirt using 150 strands of Keitech’s exclusive SR-40 silicone material that is super soft and has comparable action to traditional flat rubber.
Other key upgrades include an unpainted neutral matte finish for enhanced durability and a double barbed keeper that locks soft plastic trailers firmly in place so anglers can catch more fish per bait. It also features a hand-glued fiber weedguard that is perfectly aligned to protect the custom Gamakatsu hook, providing the perfect balance between weedlessness and hook setting performance. Offered in a wide selection of Keitech’s proven color patterns, the Keitech Tungsten Casting Jig Model 1 Version 2 is sure to become a permanent fixture on your front deck.

Comments: Threw this bait with my dad and nailed smallies on it. Idk what everyone is talking about with hook issues there are none to be had. If you are losing fish on this bait it's a drag issue because y'all apparently have it locked down to where it is bending the hol

Comments: Keitech USA PLEASE CHANGE THE HOOK! This would be the best finesse jig on the market hands down and everybody would be happy including my grandpa, grandma, aunt mary, cousin Tom, and my dog Spike. This jig flat out gets the bites! It's the right size. The skirt and weed guard are perfect. However, that hook, man will it get your feelings hurt. Model1 Version 3 needs to come out ASAP!

Comments: So I started fishing the football head ones, fell in love with the quality and decided to try these too. They're just as good. They skip decently well and fish around cover and more exceptionally. The size is quite honestly perfect and catches big fish and finicky ones as well. Personally, I would recommend the Xzone MB finesse craw as the perfect trailer for this. The action on both the retrieve and the fall makes a deadly combo with this jig. Pick one up and go catch em.

Comments: Great jigs, I'm not sure the ones complaining about the hook being too small understand the concept of a down sized finesse jigs. Use the right rod, reel & line combo and there shouldn't be any problem putting the fish in the boat.

Comments: Absolutely the worst jig I've ever used. The colors are great, the skirt is of great quality, the tungsten jig head is awesome, the weed guard is great, but the hook is WAY too small. I was fishing this jig with a Missile Baits Mini D Chunk during a tourney and lost a couple big fish on this jig that would have greatly benefited my bag for the day. Both times I had what I thought was a solid hook set on the fish and the fish came up and jumped next to the boat and tossed the jig. If you look at any comparable jig the hook is significantly larger. After the second time a fish jumped off I switched back to my trusty Outkast Cage Feider and didn't loose another the rest of the day. I cut the hooks off the Keitechs I bought and will use them for prefishing, but come tourney day they aren't in the boat.

Comments: This jig absolutely gets bite! Very compact and great weedguard. Please change this hook! It's sharp but it bends too easy... This would be the no.1 tungsten finesse jig on the market if the hook was more stout...just sayin...

Comments: So, I needed a couple of flipping jigs this year. Have never had too much success with flipping jigs, just the odd hit now and then. I don't know what it is, but the first day I took the Keitech 1/2 oz out, it was awesome. Put a Junebug Zoom Super Hog on the Green Pumpkin-Blue... instant reaction, 3lb largie right out of a thick weedline... at 1 in the afternoon in late July!

Comments: Im super impressed with this jigs ability to draw strikes when other jigs fail. I fish it for both Largemouth and Smallmouth in grass, on the rocks and swimming it. If you look in my rod locker, my jig rod normally always has a dark green pumpkin 1/2 oz. tied on.

Comments: This is my money bait. The 1/2oz size with a 3" craw is perfect for "power" finesse fishing. You can fish fast, with a compact bait and a realistic profile. It's like putting popcorn in front of a child. The fish can't resist. Dark Green Pumpkin with a Green Pumpkin trailer and you can't go wrong.

Comments: Good color and craftsman ship. The hooks are sharp but super soft bends easily.

Comments: My favorite compact jig to use Hands down. I've been keeping it a secret for a few years now. Swims great and can be used as a pitching jig equally.
