Overview
Designed to mimic a vulnerable frog exposed in open water, the LIVETARGET Live Popper Frog is ideal when surface commotion is required to provoke a reaction from Bass, Pike, and other surface feeding predators. Featuring a cupped popper mouth that creates a unique bubble pop with each twitch of the rod tip, the body is made from a floating ABS plastic and contains a dense rattle to call fish in from a distance.
Creating an anatomical stride-like action when pulled along the surface, the legs of the Live Popper Frog hinge at the hips stretching out just like a real frog thrusting forward, and accurately mimicking the action of a fleeing frog. The legs are made using highly durable TPE plastic so they can withstand the abuse of numerous fish catches, but each package also includes two extra legs when they need to be replaced.
Built around a 2x Mustad Ultra Point Oshaughnessy hook with a new TitanX TX coating, this razor-sharp hook is reinforced inside the body for improved durability and offers superior corrosion resistance for long-lasting performance.
