Overview
Built for times when you need a smaller more downsized profile, the Livingston Walking Boss II Jr. Tournament offers the same unique and incredible fish catching action as the original but now in a more subtle package. Easy for any angler to use, the Livingston Walking Boss II Jr. Tournament requires just a simple steady retrieve and features a single joint construction with an oversized cupped lip, which creates a uniquely powerful surface disturbance that drives fish wild. Its action is also combined with the attraction of EBS Sound Technology that draws fish from a much greater distance than traditional topwater lures. Finished with two VMC treble hooks including a feathered treble on the rear, the Livingston Walking Boss II Jr. Tournament is a must-have for your topwater line-up.
EBS Technology: Built into Livingston Lures’ original lineup of lures, EBS (Electronic Baitfish Sound) technology is an advanced internal acoustic system that emulates the natural sound of a panicked baitfish. Activated once the bait hits the water, EBS technology consists of a sounder, smart chip, and advanced rattles that work in unison to create a unique tonal agitation. Once it is out of the water and dry, the EBS technology automatically powers down to preserve battery life. Effective in all fishing conditions, the EBS technology really begins to shine in dirty or dark waters where predators rely on sound before sight to feed.
Tones:
EBS Original - The tone that started it all, EBS original is the one used by Randy Howell to win the 2014 Bassmasters Classic on Lake Guntersville. Designed to imitate the sounds of a distressed baitfish, EBS original appeals to all species of fish and is capable of getting the job done in a wide-range of conditions.

Comments: I bought a dozen or more of Livingston lures. Unfortunately, the topwater/walking lures were fails. The Primetime 2.0 does perform, the others were totally unsatisfactory/hype. The company customer service dept. is hit/miss. Lesson learned.

Comments: Got the bait and was missing both eyes and ebs sound doesn't work, great quality control by livingston lures. First time purchasing a product of theirs and not impressed.

Comments: I like the idea behind EBS. New is always good, however and I'm not exaggerating here, out of 20 Livingston baits I've bought, 1 out of 3 do not EBS work. Be nice if they hired a tester before shipping out to retailers. They still catch fish, but the tech is totally lost. I called one in a year ago a jerk bait. The man who answered the phones reply was ok but it will still work. Totally missing the point of why I spent $15
