Paired with oversized eyes to create a more visible bite target and improve hook-up ratios, the Loco Rico splashes and spits water from its cupped mouth to drive fish crazy and complete the formula for an explosive topwater blow-up.
Armed with two sticky-sharp hooks to ensure reliable penetration, each lure is fitted with a long-flowing dressed rear treble hook that undulates long after the pause and seamlessly matches the paint finish for a highly realistic presentation.
