Overview
The ultimate status symbol for swimbait aficionados, the Manifold Deniro Yugo Frame 550 Glide Bait is among the biggest and most labor-intensive swimbaits to have ever been created. Developed by the owner of Manifold Leather, who has over 34-years of experience in the fine leather industry in Japan, the Manifold Deniro Yugo Frame 550 Glide Bait is covered in 100% horsehide leather that goes through a vegetable tanning process by Shinki Hikaku co. then is hand stitched around the entire exterior of the bait. The leather exterior also does not get colder in the water like traditional ABS plastic, which ensures the bait has a warmer body temperature and a similar texture to a living baitfish for a more natural presentation. As the leather progresses, the surface foil becomes weathered and becomes more like a wounded or weak baitfish as well.
On the interior, the Manifold Deniro Yugo Frame 550 Glide Bait features a hand carved polyethylene body that will not hydrolyze even after the leather has absorbed water to ensure long-term reliability. The single joint is also reinforced by three stainless steel connection points, which allow it to produce an ultra-wide gliding action that attracts big bass from a great distance. A laser-cut frame on the front adds more weight to the nose for a faster sink rate and to create more erratic deflections when it comes into contact with obstacles, as well as allowing anglers to add casting sinkers to the front in multiple positions to create an even quicker sink rate. Packaged with four premium Japanese Ryugi treble hooks that provide lightning fast hook sets and the power needed to land trophy-caliber bass, Manifold Deniro Yugo Frame 550 Glide Bait raises the bar in terms of size, quality, and craftsmanship.
*The Manifold Deniro Yugo Frame 550 Glide Bait moves properly once the leather has absorbed water.

Comments: I catch some big blue and black marlin and even some big yellow fin tuna it's a great lure overall worth the price.

Comments: Great lure for chasing Crappie's in southern Iowa. I own all the colors and highly recommend them.

Comments: Was in Japan last month and was able to see this thing in person. This thing is massive and it has a super wide s-motion. It takes little to no effort to make this thing swim correctly. It does swim better when the leather is soaked in water. Definitely a cool bait but I wouldn't have any use for this in the US.
