I want it to be good, but...I bought one with a gold blade in the smaller size blade, but still in a half ounce size at the Bassmaster Classic Expo in Knoxville from the maker of these buzzbaits. I have tried 3 types of soft plastic minnow styles... The Spunk Shad style straight tailed with ribs on it, and a couple of swimbait bodies with a small paddle tail like Kietech has on their plastic swimbaits. This son of a $#@%×h just simply won't track straight or stay on a normal straight blade over body normal retrieve,... fast or slow. I know how to bend the wire and blade around in different ways and angles in order to make a buzzbait run straight but this buzzbait just won't respond. They were really nice guys and seemed very knowledgeable about their product. And I listened intently, so I think I may send this one back to the company and see if I can get them to send me another one or tell me what i'm doing wrong, because i've tried everything. I know i'm about to take the gold blade off and put a four bladed, clear plastic type of buzz bait blade on it to see if that makes any difference, and I bet it runs right without any leaning when I use that 4 bladed plastic buzzer instead of the 2 bladed metal one. We're going see I like this buzzbait's gʻoverall well thought-out design... If you can throw ANY style of Plastisol poured soft plastic bait off of this thing with those big, sharp, side positioned hooks, that are moulded into the lead head portion of the buzzbait.... Then, you're stronger than the Incredible Hulk, because they aren't letting loose of their bite... wow.

Best buzzbait out there !!!!If you can open a buzzbait and fish it out of the package that should be enough said. First day with this buzzbait caught a 22 inch bass, 3rd cast straight out of package. I fish concrete walls and literally smack the buzzbait up along the wall and catch 5 pounders without the wire bending, hook dulling out and the buzzbait still running true it’s crazy.

BEST ON THE MARKETThis old school squeaking buzzbait is the real deal! This company really knows what they’re doing roughing up the components so it squeaks like crazy right out of the package. Not only does it put off that classic buzzbait squeal, but it also tracks straight and runs true every time. I’ve tried a lot of buzzbaits over the years, and this one is hands down the best I’ve ever thrown. Way to go, Motion Fishing!
