Suitable for fresh or saltwater, the Newport Kayak Series Trolling Motor is specifically engineered to be the ideal upgrade for your kayak, canoe, or small boat. Smooth, quiet, and powerful, the motor runs on a 12 V 50 Ah deep cycle marine battery and features a digital LED power meter on the top and extended 5'6" cabling for flexible battery placement in your vessel. Available in two models producing 36 or 55 pounds of thrust, each motor includes 5 forward and 3 reverse speeds operated through a twist-throttle control with an extendable tiller arm for easy steering.
The perfect length for skimming through shallow or deep waters, the 24" shaft is both tiltable and height adjustable for the ultimate efficiency. Lightweight and easy to transport, the Newport Kayak Series Trolling Motor also comes fitted with a durable prop and a straightforward clamp-on bracket for easy mounting and removal.
