Built with a hard body and a detachable soft elastomer tail, the Nishine Lure Works BQ Otama is designed to accurately imitate the appearance and action of a tadpole swimming at the water's surface. Perfect for working with a slow and steady retrieve, the BQ Otama creates a lifelike presence that catches bass even in environments where no natural tadpoles are present.

Producing added vibration and flash from the custom willow blade, the BQ Otama equips a custom Ichikawa Kamakiri double hook to reduce snags around vegetation and protect fish when they fully inhale the bait. A highly unique presentation that curious fish can't resist, the Nishine Lure Works BQ Otama is available in multiple lifelike color options to help you match the hatch and generate more topwater bites from opportunistic bass.
