Comments: Pike, Muskie, Bass! This swimbait triggers hard strikes and secure hooksets like no other. Try it with braid and a fluorocarbon leader and it'll preform flawlessly

Comments: The bait works well and has good action. However, the first fish I caught ripped the hook harness out. After I retrieved the swimbait body I noticed the tail had already ripped off too. Great bait. Wasn't durable.

Comments: Disappointed in how fast I have to reel it to get the boot tail to kick. I want to reel it slow enough to just take the slack out of my line, but at that speed it just glides through the water with no action whatsoever. Boiled the tail for 60 seconds but it didn't help. Not impressed.

Comments: One of the best swim-baits I have ever used! Love the color selection and the way way the boottail thumped. Very impressed thanks optimum bait company.

Comments: This bait is designed to slow roll. I fish it on long casts. If the bait rolls it's because your bring it back up the water column to the boat at faster retrieve. I finished 5th at Kentucky Lake using this bait for Bassmaster Elite. Best Swimbait!

Comments: I purchased several colors of the weedless version and fell in love with the quivering head action. Despite some negative reviews of the rigged version, I gave it shot. At first I was not pleased with the action until I finally learned how to properly retrieve this bait. This is definitely not a burning bait. It is meant to be retrieved slowly....Wish I had known this sooner. The ghost rider color gets hit HARD.

Comments: I really like this bait but you must reel it really slow to get best action.

Comments: I don't know why this is but you have to give this thing a good punch to get the boot moving. usually optimum baits always pull through for me however this one was kind of a let down. still got bites but my 9/0 EWG screw lock hook was not able to hook any fish even after I sliced the belly open to give the hook room to come out of the bait. I feel this lure would be better with a jig head and thinner "neck" by the tail to give it a litttleeeee more action.

Comments: I have tried nail weights and adjusting it every way I know how to with swimbaits... it will not run true! Spent 2 hours with it at the lake today and still just flops to one side or the other... save your money and stick with an Osprey!

Comments: I really like it. Just use nail weights to true up the swimming off center. Treble hook are sharp as hell. This is the bait to upgrade your bag with. To get more action out of tail boil the tail about half way. You won't be disappointed. Same bait Takimore won with.

Comments: You have to really crank it to get the boot tail to oscillate. In my opinion an epic failure of a bait. Want to return the three I purchased.

Comments: Got two of these both flop over on side and don't swim waste of money with so many others on market
From: Adam: West Virginia 2/11/17
Comments: Would be a sick bait, but the one I got swims on its side. If your boil them they have a much better action.
