Designed with the help of professional bass angler and swimbait master, Randy McAbee, the Osprey rMac 6" Line-Thru Swimbait delivers the same performance that has made Osprey a staple among swimbait anglers - with a few deadly features all its own. Slightly smaller than the standard size Osprey - measuring in at 6-inches - it attracts everything from two-pounders to ten-pounders. It also features a thinner profile with the same size tail as the standard size Osprey. This means you can fish it even slower, just crawling it along in the strike zone, and the tail will keep moving. Comments: I bought this bait and took it to the Sacramento delta to try it out. When i received the bait in the mail one of the eyes had already fallen off. i glued it back on and when i got to the delta the eye fell off again before i even cast it. The bait is a line through bait and the hole/shaft to put your line through was all jacked up - i had to use a small gauge wire to thread my line through. When i finally was able to cast it the action was fairly good when you retrieved the bait at a medium to fast speed. The one i bought is a slow sinking bait and when it comes to a stop on your retrieve the bait goes head first down like a missile. Overall i was not impressed with the bait and will not be buying another one. There are much better products out there for less money.
