Overview
The Picasso Shock Blade Pro Vibrating Jig brings expanded features and functionality to the Picasso Shock Blade lineup. Featuring a “Speed Blade” for rapid vibration, which creates a fast and erratic darting action that will trigger a strike even when the fish are not aggressively feeding. Its neutral balance combined with the protected blade attachment and “V” shaped head allows the Picasso Shock Blade Pro Vibrating Jig to cut through grass and deflect off any bottom structure.
The rapid striking of the Speed Blade hitting the head creates a unique clicking sound that flat-out attracts fish and will deflect like a crankbait by just accelerating the retrieve. Molded around a Japanese-made modified O’Shaughnessy style hook for superior quality and unsurpassed sharpness and strength. A double bait keeper system secures your plastic trailer and prevents slippage. The super-soft silicone skirt material of the Picasso Shock Blade Pro Vibrating Jig creates fish-attracting undulation that is comparable to living rubber material. Patent Design #D760,866. Proudly made in America.

Comments: I don't usually write reviews, but this lure is so amazing that I have to! Picasso has found a blade to hook design works just as well as the patented Z Man design. This lure starts vibrating as soon as you turn the handle, there would be days where you would rather tie this one rather than a ZMan chatterbait. It vibrates hard and loud, very similar to a jackhammer, and it also has a more slender profile. With that being said, this lure does something that no ZMan chatterbait can ever do which is when you do one or two fast cranks or pops on your rod this thing darts erratically like a fluke style bait! I suggest using trailers have no paddle tails like the spunk shad or my favorite on this lure the Strike King Blade minnow to keep the slim profile. The only possible downside is as the blade hits the side of the head, it chips off the paint little but in my opinion its better because the blade directly hits the lead so its louder and it is part of breaking this lure in and fish love it!

Comments: Just tested in swimming pool. Starts up and vibrates easily at slow speed. Tracks straight at slow and fast speeds. So far I would recommend it but haven't fished it around weeds yet.

Comments: Gotta be honest, I'm very disappointed in this jig. One hook set and the blade bent, the eyelet broke out of the jig head and the hook opened up. I put it down and finished the day with a $5 zman original catching 3 over 4lbs each. No issue. I had very high hopes for this and it certainly looked awesome! But it appears to catch fishermen better than fish.

Comments: This thing is amazing. Red Craw will flat out catch some fish. It comes through grass much better than the z-man custom chatterbaits in my experiences. I have not thrown the jackhammer and I do not plan to with how well this thing fishes. Pair it with the Big Bite Baits "Kamikaze" and you will not be disappointed. Contrary to most people I fish it on 20lb Fluoroclear. Pulling it through dead lily pad stems will catch some BIGS.

Comments: A buddy turned me on to this bait, and I picked a 3/4oz up before heading out to a fishery where the chatterbait is a very consistent performer. I've made a point of throwing more than just a Jackhammer or basic Chatterbait in the last few years as I have learned more about this tech. Yes, the Jackhammer and its tight vibration are killer... but everyone knows that now. The vibration on this bait is more like a cross between your basic mom & pop rounded blade and the Z-man coffin blade... not as subtle as the Z-Man nor as much thump as a big rounded blade. This bait also starts very easily, which is a common problem on designs that don't use a direct connection to the blade like Z-Man does. Besides the different vibe, the head design deflects off cover nicely. If you snap the rod tip when you hit something, this bait will dart out like a squarebill that hunts. That's a good thing. Colors are solid, and the hook is super sharp.

Comments: Had good luck with it while it lasted but the blade eventually chipped away at the head to the point that it was getting stuck and would foul itself up any time I sped the bait up faster than a slow roll. Still, got a lot of use out of it and definitely liked it better than the original shock blade.

Comments: This thing is legit; every lure is a tool. Jackhammers have their moments, chatter bait customs have their situation. This lure tracks at a certain depth on a steady retrieve better than any bladed jig on the market. And the blade is made out of aluminum so it vibrates at a different frequency. The head is shaped like a swim jig so it comes through cover exceptionally well. And the blade moves very freely than other bladed jigs: folds on itself rather than wedging on the hook eyelet. Thing is designed by Aaron Martens for goodness sake. I'm just sick and tired of hearing everybody say that all they throw is a jackhammer. There are a handful of bladed baits that all excel in the right situation. We all don't throw one crank bait do we? I'm a bladed jig freak and I'm happy with this one.

Comments: Ok so I have fished a lot of chatter baits including jack hammers, original chatter baits, z-man custom chatterbaits and Picasso Tungsten knockers. Although I will still use the Picasso Tungsten knockers for some applications this shock blade pro is the really deal. This is why I like it. The blade is super fast and tracks real well when the fish are on the shad bite. The shape of the head allows you to keep the bait lower in the water column and working it thru grass is a breeze. The hook is very sharp and stout. I still like the tungsten knocker heavy cover model for blow downs and other types of heavier cover. However, I promise you this chatter bait will surprise you at how it will work thru all types of structure.

Comments: This thing is a BEAST!!! Will handle any trailer with ease. Very impressed with the Picasso hook design. Best on the market!

Comments: This isn't like any other vibrating jig... it has a nice tight vibration, bounces off cover and rarely fouls in grass. I quick jerk usually clears the grass and you're immediately back in business. It is built with great components and the fish love it.
