The Picasso Gunmetal Tungsten Flipping Weights feature non-painted “Gunmetal” finish that completely eliminates any possibility of chipping or flaking off and will last the lifetime of the weight. The Picasso Gunmetal Tungsten Flipping Weights are designed to penetrate structure such as matted grass, and also make flipping docks and working through wood and vegetation much easier than is possible with traditional lead weights or those of lesser tungsten content.
The added sensitivity, due to the increased density and hardness of 97% tungsten, also helps the angler detect more subtle bites that would otherwise be missed. The concave bottom of the Picasso Gunmetal Tungsten Flipping Weights is also designed to fit soft plastics and allow a more life like action. Our Insert -free, fray –free technology, along with strict Quality Control processes, assures you are receiving the finest tungsten weights on the market. Comments: Excellent flipping weights with a finish that never scratches or chips. I have owned these in 1/4oz through 1 1/2oz sizes for a couple of years now and they have held up perfectly. Never had a single break-off in that time either since the through-holes are smooth. Highly recommended!

Comments: The gunmetal finish feels greasy and leaves a black film on your hands when you touch it. Not sure if this wears off after time but I'm going to stick with the non gunmetal finish.

Comments: If you're browsing through all the dozens of brands of tungsten flipping weights like I was and wondering what is the difference, these are as good a buy as any. Matte finish is durable, price is a little lower or about the same as others depending on size, and most importantly the through-hole is actually smooth. Can't really ask for much more.

Comments: I've been using Picasso flipping weights for several years now and more recently the gunmetal ones. The gunmetal ones have become my favorite. The matte black finish is exceptional and it doesn't come off no matter what I've done. These are the best tungsten weights on the market in my opinion. I suggest the 3/4 oz paired with a Zoom Ol Monster in plum for Ky lake ledges.

Comments: Best tungsten weight on the market right now. Picasso has revolutionized the no scratch no chip weight with the gunmetal flipping weight. I have opened and new one and not needed a new one all season flipping and catching fish because it looks the same through out. No scratching or chipping means the perfect weight all year round. Highly recommend to any flipper out there. Also they have them with or without inserts, I love the insert free and have never had one cut my line after hundred of fish on both fluoro and braid!
